08 October – Dive night Session 2

All those on the list below, you will be taking part in a diving session.

Here is what you need to know and bring.

Meet at 7pm, behind the Dolphin Leisure Centre (Poole), the meeting point is behind the centre next to the carpark as we will be using the rear entrance to the pool.

Pick up 9:30

You must bring, your own swim wear and t-shirt for in the pool, if you want to wear a wetsuit then please do. If you have your own snorkel, fins and mask then please bring your own if you prefer. Bring towel ect.

A drink for after the session is advised.

All scuba gear will be provided, washed and disinfected after every use.

Arrive in activity wear with a necker on.

Parents/carers can stay on site if they wish but will need to view from the gallery upstairs.

Below is a document which you will need to print out and fill in. When completed, add all paperwork into a envelope ready to present to the instructors on the night. Please note that without this paperwork you will not be able to dive.

IF YOUR SCOUT TICKS YES TO ANY OF THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS YOU WILL NEED A DRS NOTE. Without this you will not be able to dive so please act fast. If you have any questions please drop me an email with your number to discuss.

If you are not able to attend the diving on your allocated night then please let us know ASAP,

For all those that attend, you will be reimbursed your 50% as agreed in cash in the next few weeks as agreed when signing up.

FOR ALL NON DIVERS !

If your name is not down for diving this week OR you are diving next week then we have some scouting activities for you at the shout hall. Arrive at 7 and pick up at 9.

Please arrive in full uniform, If you need to know more about uniform then check out the uniform section on the website. If you have any questions on the night about uniform then please ask a leader.

HARVEST TIME

Here is the Church Parades date for Harvest. It is on the 3rd October 2021.This will be at St Luke’s Church
Please arrive at the church at 9.40am we will assemble outside the church in the carpark. Your child should wear full uniform (school trousers, school shoes, Cub or Beaver top and scarf). Parents, you can collect your child from outside St Luke’s church between 11.00am and 11.10am
