WINTER CAMP!!

30th Bournemouth Seas Scouts – Winter Camp 2017

A camp has been organised at BraggersWood near Brandgore, On Friday 24th Nov and finishing approx 3.00pm on Sunday 26th Nov.

The cost for this camp will be £ 20 cheques made payable to 30th Bournemouth Sea Scouts if you please.

Camp Activities are likely to include: – Camp skills, cooking and walking.

Please note – NO MOBILE PHONES, Electronic games, Walkmans / I-pods, etc as this will distract the scouts for their tasks.

All activities will be run in accordance with the Scout Association’s Safety Rules. No responsibility for personal equipment, clothing and effects can be accepted by the Camp Organisers, and the Scout Association does not provide insurance cover in the respect of such items. Please contact me if you require any further information on this and return the form below with your £ 10 deposit.

I give permission for ________________to attend camp at Braggers Wood on 24/11/2017 – 26/11//2017 and if it becomes necessary for them to receive medical treatment and I cannot be contacted by telephone or by any other means to authorise this, I hereby give my general consent to any necessary medical treatment and authorise the Scouter in charge of the camp to sign any document required by the hospital authorities.

I am aware that a female leader may not always be in attendance.

I give permission for pictures to be taken for promoting Scouting.
