NIGHT ACTIVITY and this coming week.

The 2017 Bournemouth Night Activity is on 18th – 19th March 2017. It is being held at 1st Woodcutts Scout HQ in Sixpenny Handley. Scouts/Explorers will arrive on the Saturday afternoon and pitch their tents. There will then be a series of on-site challenges and games where they can earn Crystals towards their final total. Following a navigation workshop and a hot dinner, scouts/explorers will be let loose in the forest. They will have to navigate a given route and complete Crystal Maze themed challenges on the bases they encounter on the way. Points will be awarded for how well they complete the challenges and prizes for the top performing teams. On completion of the course, there will be supper available and scouts/explorers will hopefully get a few hours of sleep! The event will conclude at 9am on Sunday morning with flag break and presentation ceremony.
Cost: £10 per scout. This covers dinner and supper on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, camp fees and other costs associated with running the event.
