Dear scouts, parents, carers and friends.
Thank you all for your time on the phone last week, we wanted to connect and find out who was keen to return.
Feedback was great and we thank you for your patience.
We were ready to start back but unfortunately lockdown #2 has hindered this and the scout association has announced that we are not allowed any face to face contact.
This means that we cannot carry on with scouting until we get the go ahead again.
Realistically this may not be until January 2021.
– Older scouts who are ready to move on. when we can, we will be setting up a special evening for you all, a time to say good bye from scouts and a hello to the explorer group.
– FUNDING – we understand that people are still paying and we thank you for your charitable support, if you want to discuss your payments with the team then please email the group leader on caroline.burridge@sky.com who will support people on an individual basis with options for supporting scouts.
We truly hope that you are all staying well and we cannot wait to see you all again.
