Northumberland scouts are in need of your help!
They want you to be a part of a world record event, VIRTUAL CAMPING!
In the month of April, they want to create 1 million opportunities for people to have a virtual camp.
For every night you complete you will earn a nights away badge as long as you don’t sleep in your bed, here are the rules !
– pack your bag
– build a den, pitch a tent in garden, hang a hammock
– sleep in your shelter of choice
– take part in a “scouty activity”
– build a fire (real or virtual)
– help with cooking your evening meal.
The record attempt will take part on the 30th of April. So you have this week to practice and get prepped.
If you take park in the record attempt then badges will be available specifically for this event.
Remember to add all evidence into “week 2 – camping challenge” into your folders.
